Summer is Coming

Summer is, no doubt, my favorite time of the year. I’m a beach baby, you see.

I crave for the sun, sand, and sea. My parents had a lot to do with that by dragging my butt to the beach every year since I was born. I love the beach so much that it was only last year that I didn’t go because I chose a US trip for 2011 instead. Let’s not forget, I got married there, too! It’s too bad my skin doesn’t show it. I can never get a tan.  :pouty:

If I had it my way, I would haul ass to a beautiful beach and build a house there. For now, I’ll settle on going there at least once a year.

Plus, March is my birthday month & that always marks the beginning of summer for me.

T and I are heading off to the beach to celebrate my birthday so being the girl scout that I am, I bought a new bikini and coverup weeks ago to add to my beach arsenal for this year’s trip.

I got this bikini from Victoria’s Secret. It’s fun and colorful. Just like me. (Walang aangal!)

I’ve been working out almost everyday since December of last year just so I can look as hot as Candace Swanepoel in this bikini (or any bikini for that matter). Ok, maybe not exactly like that. Kahit yung flat stomach lang. Please universe? (Damn you Ultimate Red Velvet cupcakes!)

RVCA Read And Riot Tee as coverup. I don’t fancy the run-of-the-mill beach coverups. I also use a kimono as a coverup but the one I have has been with me for years. Sometimes, I also use sarong because it makes a great beach blanket & “payong”, too. (Multi-purpose stuff FTW!)

3 and a half weeks to go!  :w00t:

That is all. Thank you. Bow.  :ninja:

Cute bikini! Summer is almost here na pala… oh no must hit the gym! I like using oversized polo shirts as cover-up. It has this I-just-got-out-of-my-boyfriend’s-bed appeal that I like. Hahahaha!

MARCH KA DIN!!! Apir! Hahaha masyado naman ako naexcite! Na try ko ng mag mountain moutain chorva pero mas natype-an ko din mag beach. Surfing ang next project ko pero kailangan ko din muna i-deflate yung tiyan ko. Hahaha

*APIR* I also tried doing the whole mountain trekking and snorkeling. I did enjoy surfing but more often than not, I’m really a laze-in-the-sun type of beach baby.
